REFUND POLICY

Please contact us within 45 days of signing up at support@ravenstone.email to ask for a refund if our service is not what you expected. We will refund 100% of the Alert and Access membership levels if you contact us within the 45 days.

Due to the nature of our almanac data you can be refunded $145 of your $185 almanac membership fee.  Much of this data is not perishable and could be downloaded and used after membership is terminated. 

With few exceptions we will not offer refunds on notifications beyond 45 days, but they will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our costs and workload increase in processing refunds after 60 days of the transaction due to limitations our payment processor (paypal) requires of all vendors.  

LOWER RENEWAL PRICES

Once you are a member, renewal rates are discounted for all levels of service via recurring payments.  For example, presently renewal prices are $75/$115/$155 per year. Recurring payments becomes available for Access and Almanac levels after your first year at reduce rates.
