Three levels: Alerts, Access and Alamanc. You will have immediate access to the website based on your level. All levels receive e-mail alerts.
Immediate Access: Once you have paid online with our secure payment system, you find yourself immediately signed in (username is your email) under your profile page. You will have immediate access to additional member pages to include market commentary, etc. Your password will be emailed to your username email address and you can use it to change your password to one you can remember. Please check your email after payment. Once you exit your profile page, you can return to it by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the page.

REFUND POLICY
Please contact us within 45 days of signing up at support@ravenstone.email to ask for a refund if our service is not what you expected. We will refund 100% of the Alert and Access membership levels if you contact us within the 45 days.
Due to the nature of our almanac data you can be refunded all but $40 of your almanac membership fee. Much of this data is not perishable and could be downloaded and used after membership is terminated.
Beyond 45 days, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
