REFUND POLICY

Please contact us within 45 days of signing up at support@ravenstone.email to ask for a refund if our service is not what you expected. We will refund 100% of the Alert and Access membership levels if you contact us within the 45 days.

Due to the nature of our almanac data you can be refunded all but $40 of your almanac membership fee.  Much of this data is not perishable and could be downloaded and used after membership is terminated. 

Beyond 45 days, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

If you want a refund on auto renew, you also need to contact us. Canceling payment through your credit card company to cancel a payment can void your refund due to expenses.
